Initial 20-minute consultation calls are complimentary.
50-minute psychotherapy sessions are $125
I reserve a portion of my practice for clients who would otherwise have difficulty affording the full fee and offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces. If cost is a concern, please feel free to ask about current availability when you contact me.
My practice is not contracted/in-network with any insurance companies at this time. Please note that most insurance plans do not reimburse for out-of-network services provided by a pre-licensed professional.

Where I Practice
I see clients both in person at my Portland office and via telehealth.
For telehealth sessions, you must be physically located in Oregon at the time of our appointment.
Appointments & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
